Description
Lovely victorian hat made of 100% wool on base and netting around brim. This hat is trimmed all around with black roses, and and black ostrich feather on one side, accented with a large black feather plume. Tulle in black gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 30". One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 13" across from front of hat to back gathered tulle.
